Liquid palm jaggery is made from collecting fresh palm sap — harvested by hand, slow-cooked using traditional methods, and set naturally into a thick, pourable syrup. No chemicals, no refining, no additives. Just the sap, exactly as nature intended. Darker, richer, and more mineral-dense than sugarcane jaggery, it carries a deep earthy sweetness that refined sugar and even conventional jaggery cannot replicate.
How to Use :
Use in sweets, payasam, laddoos, and even traditional recipes. Drizzle over oats, bananas, or warm roti. Use as a 1:1 replacement for sugar or jaggery powder in any recipe.
How to Store :
Refrigerate for best results. Keep in a tightly sealed jar. Away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use a clean and dry spoon · May crystallise in cold — keep in warm place before use
