Cold-Pressed Sesame Oil

In Tamil they simply call me nallennai, the 'good oil', and I've spent thousands of years living up to the name. Pressed from dark and red sesame, I a am deep, glowing amber with a nutty flavour far more than the paler oils. A little of me goes a long way - a dressing for your salad, added to a South-Indian sabzi or a jar of pickle.
