Barnyard Millet (Samak Rice)

India knew me long before the world discovered "superfoods."

I'm Barnyard Millet - one of the fastest-growing millets on earth. From seed to harvest in just 45 days. I'm light on the stomach, rich in fibre, and easy to love.

I am one of the most iron-dense foods you can eat. I'm traditionally used across India as a fasting grain (Navratri, Ekadashi) because of how light and easy to digest I am.
